- HELP WANTED
Sometimes it’s about a little help with daily tasks around the home…
Sometimes just a little help is needed when a loved one is recovering from illness or surgery…
Sometimes a relative just needs some time off from caregiving…
Sometimes help is needed on a regular basis so you or your relative can choose to remain home.
Your Personal Care provider can help with various tasks, like…
► Care Giver Relief
► Hair Care
► Medicine Reminders
► Household Chores
► Range of Motion
Personal Care providers cannot provide nursing care (such as wound care, administer injections, provide foot care, or be responsible for follow-up medical orders from the hospital or physician).
Personal Care Services are available at reasonable hourly rates. The Personal Care supervisor will be happy to review these fees with you and your family in order to explore all your options.
We will help to determine if you’re eligible for Community Care Choices, Adult Home Help or private insurance coverage — all of which may reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
What if you only need Personal Care Services for a short period of time? By working with our Personal Care Supervisor, you decide how much help you need and how long you need it for.
Care providers, the person needing care or any relative may call the Community Action Agency Personal Care Supervisor just to chat about the service or to schedule an in-home visit … at no cost.
Call 786-7080, ext. 158, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
