Child and Family Services

Menominee-Delta Schoolcraft Early Childhood Program

MDS CAA ECP offers comprehensive preschool services for children ages 3-5 as well as infant/toddler services for pregnant moms and children 3 and up. All services are FREE! Transportation is provided to classrooms whenever possible.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To prepare young children, from birth to age five, for school readiness through high quality early education services and family engagement.

Children at our centers enjoy learning through play. A wide variety of activities are available daily during both structured times and discovery (free play) time. Children develop age-appropriate competence in language, literacy, numbers and motor skills; they also learn about safety and social skills. Outdoor activities are included daily, weather permitting. Meals or snacks are served family-style, and good nutrition and healthy habits are emphasized throughout the day.

There are five centers located in our Upper Michigan service area in the cities of Menominee, Escanaba, Gladstone and Manistique! These centers cover all areas in Menominee, Delta and Schoolcraft counties (i.e. Perkins, Stephenson, Gulliver, etc.). Click on a center below to review specific information for that center.
