For the past 52 years, the Community Action Agency has adapted to meet seemingly endless challenges in an effort to negate the causes and symptoms of poverty. Residents of Menominee, Delta and Schoolcraft Counties can be assured our agency will continue to evolve to respond to our communities' ever-changing needs.
As you explore this Web site, we hope you get some sense that everyone at MDSCAA works diligently to give local residents...
...from children and young families coming to grips with early education  to senior citizens who receive our meals to assisting those who find it difficult to pay for utilities (just to name a few of our programs)...
...every opportunity to grow and succeed.
Please contact us if you or someone you know qualifies for any of the services provided by MDSCAA. Call 786-7080 in Escanaba, 341-2452 in Manistique or 863-3042 in Menominee to make an appointment. Be aware many of our programs require you to first apply through the Department of Human Services. You may also e-mail
