Our Services

Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services is geared to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer's and other dementias

CSFP/TEFAP Services

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). CSFP works to improve the health of income eligible persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods.

Senior Companion Program

Senior Companion's efforts are aimed at helping others live as fully and independently as possible. They are focused on easing the loneliness by visiting and talking about old times, playing a game of cards, or just everyday living things that a senior might need some help with.

Weatherization/Energy Services

The low-income Home Weatherization Program is a free service funded by the Federal Department of Energy(DOE).

Retired & Senior Volunteer Program

RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. You can use the skills and talents you've learned over the years, or develop new ones while serving in a variety of volunteer activities within your community

Welcome Newborns

Established in 1996, through collaborative community partnerships, Welcome Newborns mission is to promote the well being of children, improve parent-child relations and prevent child abuse and neglect.

Foster Grandparent Program

If you are 55 years old or older, and want to share your experience and compassion, you have what it takes to be a Foster Grandparent.

Senior Centers

Our Senior Centers serve as community focal points providing a wide range of activities and services our 60+ population. This includes congregate meals, games, dancing, excersize, and informational presentations. Transportation services are also provided in Menominee County.

Homeless Assistance Program

Our homeless service staff work with anyone who is literally homeless (living in a shelter, street, car, etc.) and may also work with people who are at imminent risk of homeless due to a pending eviction.

Nutrition Services

Our Senior Services division manages three food programs, Congregate, Carry Out Meals (COM), and Home Delivered Meals (HDM) to residents 60 years of age and older throughout our three-county service area.

Early Childhood Program

The Early Childhood Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive services that support the healthy development of young children and their families.

Utility and Water Assistance

Water Affordability Program is a temporary emergency program to help low-income households pay overdue water and wastewater bills. 

In-Home Services

In-home services include homemaker aide (light housekeeping), respite care (providing companionship and supervision in relief of primary caregiver), and personal care (assistance with activities of daily living).

Walk For Warmth

The event raises funds for the heating assistance program.

Client Services

Client Service Centers are available in Menominee, Delta, and Schoolcraft counties to assist people who are struggling financially due to unexpected circumstances.
